[IEEE1904.1] E-mail reflector and meeting registration

Dear Colleagues,

 

I am soliciting your help with two tasks:

 

1)      As we are organizing our first meeting, we need an efficient channel to disseminate information and various announcements. Please, contact your colleagues or even people you know in other companies that may be interested in our activities and let them know about the P1904.1 public e-mail reflector. Anyone can subscribe to this reflector, regardless of their planned attendance or membership status. This reflector will be used for general announcements related to P1904.1.    To subscribe, please visit http://www.ieee1904.org/1/subscribe_pub.html.

2)      IEEE Standards Association is hosting this meeting with no registration fee. Breakfast and lunch will be included on all three days.  However, to ensure that we get an adequate room size and sufficient meal, our hosts need to know the expected attendee count. If you plan to attend the meeting, please, register at your earliest convenience. Meeting registration deadline is set to January 25^th, however your early registration will be greatly appreciated. Every person planning to attend should register individually.
