This perhaps was due to my delayed arrival (I was delayed until 2 pm Tuesday by a travel disruption), and thus delayed issuance of my voting card.

Dear Glen,

 

I check the “Attendance record” in the minutes, and I find 13 voting members attended February meeting.

In “2.  Executive Secretary Report” of the minutes, the sentence

“Voting cards were distributed. 12 out of 16 voting members were presented.”

Should be change into:

“Voting cards were distributed. 13 out of 16 voting members were presented.”
