[1904.2 TF] fields codes, field names, types, and subtypes

Hi all

As I am reading the draft with its multitude of predefined different IDs, I am wondering if it would help readers if we group various relevant IDs with common prefixes. Something like below:

FID_XXX â?? All Field IDs (Field codes) Â [or maybe FC_]

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â FID_DST_ADDR

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â FID_SRC_ADDR

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â FID_ETH_TYPE

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â FID_SUBTYPE

We only use two in the draft:

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â ETYPE_VLC (0xA8C8)

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â ETYPE_SP (slow protocol 0x88-09)

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â

STYPE_XXXÂ for all 1904.2 subtypes [or SUBTYPE_ or ST_ or SUBT_]

These are all subtypes we have:
