Call 6/9/2015 notes *updated*

Folks,

I did few updates & corrections. Thanks for the input.

Very quick notes from the call on 6/9/2015 morning.

Start:	6/9/2015 6AM PDT
End:	6/9/2015 about 6:30AM PDT

Present:
	Jouni Korhonen
	Raz Gabe
	Peter Turnbull
	Duncan Cockburn
	Kevin Bross
	Mohammad Akhter
	Gareth Edwards
	Philippe Sehier
	Sriram Devi

Agenda:
	* Action item recap from Beijing FtF
	* FEC discussion
	* Security discussion
	* AOB

Discussion:
* This was a quick meeting.
* Jouni went through the assigned Action Items.
  - AP Jouni to initiate discussion on security scope & requirements in
    in the reflector.
  - AP Jouni to initiate discussion on errors originating from PHY/SFP..
  - AP Raz to write a proposal on Silent Suppression
* No other folk around who had APs assigned.
* The discussion already started on the reflector on some of Jouni's AP
   without his effort..
* FEC was also already discussed on the reflector. Summary made during
   the call. Knowing that PHY already does FEC there is most likely no use
   to do yet another layer of FEC on RoE. Besides that would increase
   overhead and add more latency due required interleaving of RoE packets.
* Discussion security, which also got a headstart on reflector. Authentication
   is likely to be needed and somehow protecting the RoE control packets.
   Otherwise additional security like MACsec would be not needed and
   Add cost/latency. In cellular domain (3GPP radios) the traffic between
   the eNB and the UE is already protected at some 3GPP stack layer
   (link in NAS or PDCP..).
