IEEE P1903.3 Draft 0.2

Hi all,

 

I’ve attached D0.2_clean from today and a D0.1c (with tracked changes) from Wednesday. A file rename screw-up means I lost the simple but time consuming tracked edits in between – sincere apologies.  I guess that what happens with Friday 13^th versions….

 

Changes include;

·         Editor comment formatting changes.

·         I’ve added text to the CPRI11 mapper

·         and the updated timestamp code example
