At this time, just to clarify, I had some comments and observations. If you are OK receiving them, should these be submitted as comments o on the draft, or using our comment Excel file? People can comment on pre-ballot draft any time, subject to TF chair making a decision to start accepting such comments. Votes to approve or disapprove (i.e., ballots) are not allowed on the pre-ballot draft. [JiK:] What I want is to have the discussion in advance now that the document is “available”.
