I should be able to generate the intermediate comment DB updates, as needed. That is not a big deal, I think, especially if we keep it only in Excel. I can prepare PDF for posting once all comments are received (past deadline).
I will proceed to submit my comments shortly, keeping the power saving one alone for now, as we go through consensus building exercise.

Hi all,
We had an active consensus building this cycle with a lot of good
discussions and reviews of contributions. I'd like to suggest that if you
already have a comment or a contribution that you feel is complete, please
submit it early. I will keep uploading them as they are submitted. This
way, we all can keep track of what has been completed vs. what needs more
reviews and feedback, and we can avoid comment duplication. If you find
that you need to make an additional change to your contribution later, you
can submit an update any time before the meeting. I will upload my
comments so far and several of completed contributions tomorrow.
Marek - would you be able to generate intermediate comments_received
reports for posting? Proposed responses can be written all at once after
the comment deadline.
