Dear Colleagues, On the call yesterday, our sponsor COM/SDB has approved our Policies and Procedures with one minor change.
Under the Secretary responsibilities, item c, the text “…and publishing
them within 60 calendar days…” was replaced with “…and publishing
the draft minutes within 60 calendar days…” to emphasize that these are the unapproved minutes The approved PnP document is posted here:
