[1904-ANWG] Teleconferencing tool for 1904 ANWG

IEEE IT has provided a teleconferencing tool, called Join.Me, for use by our WG.

Any WG member can organize a teleconference to discuss any technical or procedural matters. But you are allowed to use this tool for 1904-related matters only.

One limitation is that we can have only one call at any given time. So, if you plan to schedule a call, please post an announcement on the main reflector, so that other people don’t try to schedule it for the same time. Several other WGs already use it and like it.
