Dear Colleagues,  Draft D2.2 is posted on the web at http://www.ieee1904.org/private/revision/projects/1904_1_2013/drafts/rmtf_1904_1_2013_drafts.shtml .  The draft D2.2 is posted in MS Word and PDF formats, in clean and marked-up versions. The marked-up versions show the changes relative to D2.1. This version is provided for your reference only. All the comments, if you have any, shall be submitted against the clean version of the draft rmtf_1904_1_2013rev_D2_2_clean.pdf  (http://www.ieee1904.org/private/revision/projects/1904_1_2013/drafts/D2_2/rmtf_1904_1_2013rev_D2_2_clean.pdf).  The schedule for the D2.2 Recirculation ballot is as follows: ·        Monday, March 7, 2015 â?? Start of WG Ballot Period ·        Friday, April 8, 2016 â?? Ballots and Comments are due ·        Friday, April 15, 2016 â?? Editor's proposed responses are due  Voting in WG ballots is required for maintaining WG voting rights. The ballot group for this draft is the IEEE 1904 ANWG voting membership as of October 30, 2015. However, anybody outside of the ballot group also may submit non-binding comments.  WG voting members may submit one of these votes: ·        Approve. (May attach non-binding comments.) ·        Do Not Approve. (Shall attach specific comments on what shall be done to the draft to change the vote to â??Approveâ??.) ·        Abstain. (Shall include reasons for abstention.)  To submit a ballot and comments, please use the following online form: http://www.ieee1904.org/private/revision/rmtf_ballotproc.shtml.
