[1904-ANWG] IEEE 1904.2 Agenda for August 2018 meeting

The deadline for the agenda for the upcoming IEEE 1904.2 TF meeting is still a few days away. However, I will not be available next week to post an agenda at that time.
The current agenda items are:
1. Review of past actions in the development of IEEE 1904.2
2. PAR Extension request
3. New Timeline
4. Baseline Proposal from Kevin Noll
5. Review Work Plan and Action Items
