Identifying instances of UNI ports

Hi all,

Following up on our recent call where we discussed the need to identify
specific instances of UNIs and other ports, attached is a contribution
based on the consensus we reached on that call. Specifically, the
following changes are being shown:

1) TypeInstance field is reported by aSrvPortCapability attribute for
every service port instance
2) Expanded eSafe types to match the latest eDOCSIS  >>> please check type
descriptions on page 4
3) A new attribute aSrvPortDescription is added >>> Is 64 bytes enough?
4) TypeInstance field is added to aSrvPortType attribute


As a refresher, I also attached the presentation with various methods we
discussed and the notes on what we decided on the call.
Please, review and let me know if this proposal accurately reflects the
consensus we had.
