Updated Clause 8 contribution

Hi all,

 

Per discussion on the meeting yesterday, here is the updated contribution that adds figures showing queue content for the upstream scheduling example. I also updated the downstream scheduling figure to show the envelope headers and idle EQs. In the previous version, they were omitted in the downstream example, but were shown for the upstream. Also, the necessary explanations were added to the text. Iâ??ll go over the changes on the call today.
