Dear colleagues, During the last teleconference meeting, Kevin and myself volunteered to look at the updates to our Working Group Policies and Procedures (P&P). Our original P&P document approved back in 2014 can be found here: http://www.ieee1904.org/wg_wrapper.shtml?/documents/operations/anwg_PnP_approved.pdf. The proposed P&P draft with changes against the approved P&P document from 2014 is shown in here: http://www.ieee1904.org/meeting_archive/2020/03/anwg_2003_PnP_draft_v5_0_diff_approved.pdf. Note that even though there are a lot of tracked changes, the majority of these changes came from the modified baseline P&P template, and as such - these changes were mandatory per instructions included in the baseline document. A change that was imposed by the new baseline template can be identified by change marks present in http://www.ieee1904.org/meeting_archive/2020/03/anwg_2003_PnP_draft_v5_0_diff_approved.pdf, but no corresponding change marks in http://www.ieee1904.org/meeting_archive/2020/03/anwg_2003_PnP_draft_v5_0_diff_baseline.pdf. I do realize individual changes may be hard to track, but the clean version (http://www.ieee1904.org/meeting_archive/2020/03/anwg_2003_PnP_draft_v5_0_clean.pdf) of P&P document proposed to be adopted by our WG should be easier to parse. Outside of the addition of officer election process, as discussed on the call, the remaining body of P&P remains consistent with our 2014 approved version.
