[1904-ANWG] SA Ballot group for 1904.4 is formed.

This is just an update. The ballot invitation period closed yesterday with 24 people signed up to be in our ballot group. The balloter categories are distributed as follows:

 

 

From our working group, we have Marek, Curtis, Mark, Zhou Zhen, and myself in the ballot group.
